Account deletion is a permanent action. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your transaction history, saved payment methods, and any remaining balance in your Rechamint wallet. This action cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Account

Go to your Profile and tap on the Settings option in the Rechamint app

Select "Account Settings" and then tap on "Delete Account"

Confirm Deletion
Enter your password to confirm and submit the deletion request
Your account deletion request will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
You'll be redirected to the app to complete the process

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
When Refunds Are Issued
Failed Transactions
If your payment is deducted but the recharge/bill payment fails, we will automatically initiate a refund within 3-7 business days.
Double Charging
If you are charged twice for the same transaction, we will refund the duplicate amount immediately upon verification.
Service Unavailability
If a service is temporarily unavailable after payment, we will refund the amount upon customer request.
Technical Errors
Refunds for transactions affected by technical errors on our platform will be processed automatically.
When Refunds Are Not Issued
Successful Transactions
Once a recharge or bill payment is successfully processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
User Errors
Transactions with incorrect mobile numbers, DTH numbers, or customer IDs cannot be refunded.
Service Provider Issues
